Terms for landlords

These terms apply to organisations that publish homes on plingplong, directly in the portal or through a connected source. Draft: to be reviewed by the owner before launch.

Who may publish

Accounts are open to housing companies, registered property owners and organisations with an organisation number. Every application is reviewed by hand and the account opens only after approval. Private individuals cannot publish.

Your responsibility for the content

You confirm that you are entitled to publish the homes you add or connect, that the details are accurate and that you keep them up to date. You are responsible for the photos and texts you provide. We do not alter your details; when a detail is missing we show that it is missing.

What we do

We show your homes in search with you named as the source and always link onward to your own application or contact route. We handle no applications, charge people searching nothing and do not charge you. Connected sources are read about once an hour.

Unpublishing and suspension

You can unpublish a home or disable a source at any time. We may remove homes or close accounts that break these terms, for example incorrect or misleading details, and will notify you at the contact person's email.

Personal data

The contact person's name, email and phone are processed as described on our personal data page. Details in listings are ones you chose to publish.
