When a landlord creates an account we store the contact person's name, email address and phone number. They are used to review the application, for sign-in and to notify about failures. The legal basis is contract and legitimate interest. The data is deleted when the account is closed.

Rejected applications are deleted after 90 days and applications never decided after 180 days. An account owner can close the landlord account from the portal; the users are then deleted and the homes unpublished.
